40-220. Action against insurance company to be brought in this state; injunction.
It shall be unlawful for any person who is a resident of this state to bring or maintain any action arising in this state, at law or in equity, against any insurance company organized under the laws of this state except in some court of competent jurisdiction of this state; and any such insurance company shall be entitled to a writ of injunction against the maintenance of any such action and against the enforcement of any judgment which may be procured in violation of this section.
