40-2,210. Kansas telemedicine act; citation.
(a) K.S.A. 2020 Supp. 40-2,210 through 40-2,216, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas telemedicine act.
(b) This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2019.
