38-111. When minors may be excluded from courtroom during trials or hearings.
During the trial of an action or the hearing of any proceeding or examination in which vulgar, obscene or immoral evidence is elicited or produced, the police judge trying the case or the judge of the district court hearing the proceeding or examination, may expel and exclude any or all minors from the courtroom and place of trial or hearing.
