34-230b. Injunction proceedings; how prosecuted.
The secretary may enjoin a warehouseman from violating or continuing to violate the provisions of chapter 34 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, and the rules and regulations adopted by the secretary pursuant to such laws by filing injunction proceedings in the district court. In any such proceedings the district court, if it deems it proper, may order such warehouseman to not receive any more grain into such warehouse or to deliver any grain therefrom except as the court by its order shall direct. Such injunction proceeding shall be prosecuted by the attorney general or the county attorney of the proper county upon request of the secretary.
