32-882. State; tax exemption.
The revenue bonds issued under K.S.A. 32-876 through 32-885 and any refunding revenue bonds authorized to be issued under such sections, and the income derived therefrom, are and shall be exempt from all state, county and municipal taxation in the state of Kansas.
