32-806. Organization of department; policies governing administration; accounting for compensation from leases of real property.
The secretary of wildlife, parks and tourism may organize the Kansas department of wildlife, parks and tourism in the manner the secretary deems most efficient, so long as the same is not in conflict with the provisions of this order or with the provisions of law, and the secretary may establish policies governing the transaction of business of the department and the administration of the department. The secretary shall cause any compensation received by the Kansas department of wildlife, parks and tourism, whether monetary, in-kind or otherwise, from leases of real property under the control and jurisdiction of the secretary to be accounted for and reflected in the budget of the Kansas department of wildlife, parks and tourism.
