32-1040. Violations by 16- and 17-year-olds.
The court hearing the prosecution of any child 16 or 17 years of age who is charged with a violation of any provision of the wildlife, parks and tourism laws of this state or rules and regulations adopted thereunder may impose any fine authorized by law for the offense or may order that the child be placed in a juvenile detention facility.
