25-616. Form for national offices part of official general ballot.
The secretary of state shall prescribe the ballot format but the national offices part of the official general ballot for national and state offices shall be substantially in the form shown in this section and the state offices part of such ballot shall be substantially in the form shown in K.S.A. 25-617, and amendments thereto.
