25-4501a. Selection of presidential nominees, duty of recognized political parties.
Each political party which is a recognized political party in accordance with K.S.A. 25-302a, and amendments thereto, shall have procedures to select a presidential nominee and shall select a presidential nominee in accordance with such party procedures for the 2016 presidential election, and every fourth year thereafter.
