25-305b. Write-in candidates; affidavits for candidacy; filing.
Persons who desire to be write-in candidates for president and vice-president of the United States or governor and lieutenant governor shall file an affidavit of write-in candidacy with the secretary of state no later than 12:00 noon on the second Monday preceding the general election for those offices.
