24-711. Account by clerk of collections and disbursements; account open to inspection.
It shall be the duty of the clerk of the court to keep an accurate account of all moneys received from the collection of assessments for benefits and all sums paid out by him under the provisions of this act, which account shall be open to the inspection of the public.
