24-116. County treasurer may be compensated for additional work performed under ch. 24, art. 4.
The board of directors of any such drainage district may allow and pay to the county treasurer such compensation for the additional work enjoined upon him by chapter 215, of the Laws of 1905 as they may deem just, not exceeding the sum of three hundred dollars per annum, and such sum when so allowed shall be in addition to the compensation allowed to the county treasurer by other statutes.
