23-3108. Improper withholding; refund or credit.
If the court determines that income has been improperly withheld, the court may order the person or public office who has possession of the income or who ultimately received it, to promptly refund the improperly withheld amount to the obligor or, in the case of the obligee, to credit the amount against the next regular support payment.
