2-2904. Same; sale prohibited, when.
No agricultural liming material shall be sold or offered for sale in this state if (a) it does not comply with the provisions of this act or rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, or (b) it contains toxic materials in quantities injurious to plants or animals.
