2-1427. Rules and regulations; enforcement of act.
The secretary of agriculture is hereby empowered to make and publish such rules and regulations after public hearing as it may deem necessary to carry into effect the full intent and meaning of chapter 2, article 14, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, and the secretary is hereby empowered to enforce the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations promulgated by the secretary of agriculture.
