19-618. Failure of such officers to make reports or turn over moneys.
It shall be the duty of the auditor to inform the county attorney of any neglect or refusal on the part of either of the above-named officers to make such reports, or turn over to the proper authorities the moneys in their hands, and on such information the county attorney shall commence proceedings in the proper court against such officers.
