That the county of Haskell is hereby created, bounded as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of range thirty-one west with the north line of township twenty-seven south; thence south along range line, to where it intersects the sixth standard parallel; thence west along the sixth standard parallel, to its intersection with the east line of range thirty-five west; thence north along range line, to where it intersects the north line of township twenty-seven south; thence east, to place of beginning.
