17-1362. Same; county commissioners duties to disorganize and annex district, when.
If the board of county commissioners finds that the proposition, the vote thereon and the endorsement are sufficient and in proper form, it shall enter an order in its proceedings disorganizing such district and annexing the territory thereof to the district as requested in such proposition.
