16-1408. Remedies.
If any supplier violates any provisions of K.S.A. 16-1406 or 16-1407, a retailer may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction for damages sustained by the retailer as a consequence of the supplier's violation. The court may also award court costs and reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party.  The remedies set forth in this section shall not be deemed exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies permitted by law including proceedings under the Kansas consumer protection act.
