12-825e. Same; inapplicable to certain cities over 100,000.
The provisions of this act shall not apply to cities, the utilities of which are under the management and control of a board of public utilities, as established by chapter 126 [*] of the Laws of Kansas for 1929, and all acts and parts of acts amendatory thereof.
