10-804. Record of warrants and warrant checks.
The clerk, secretary, auditor or like officer of every municipality shall keep a correct record of all warrants and all warrant checks issued, showing the number, date and amount thereof, on what fund drawn, and the name of the person or party to whom the same are made payable.
