646.6 Petition.

The petition may state generally that the plaintiff is entitled to the possession of the premises, particularly describing them, also the quantity of the plaintiff’s estate and the extent of the plaintiff’s interest therein, and that the defendant unlawfully keeps the plaintiff out of possession, and the damages, if any, which the plaintiff claims for withholding the same; but if the plaintiff claims other damages than the rents and profits, the plaintiff shall state the facts constituting the cause thereof.
