50.29 Certificate of election.

1. When any person is thus declared elected, there shall be delivered to that person a certificate of election, under the official seal of the county, in substance as follows:

(candidate’s name) was elected to the office of ........................ for the term of ............ years from the ............ day of .................... (month), ............ 2. The certificate of election is presumptive evidence of the person’s election and qualification.
