Sec. 35.8. (a) IC 10-14-5-6 (Concerning officers or employees of a state providing aid under an emergency management assistance compact).

(b) IC 10-14-6.5-6(b) (Concerning an emergency responder from another state who is providing mutual aid or engaged in training and exercises under an interstate mutual aid agreement authorized by IC 10-14-6.5).
