- Banks; Responsibility for Loss When Item Is in Another's Possession or in Transit; Actions Taken per Transferor of an Instrument
Sec. 101.9. (a) IC 26-1-4-202 (Concerning a bank with regard to the insolvency, neglect, misconduct, mistake, or default of another bank or person and for loss or destruction of items not in the bank's possession).
(b) IC 26-1-4-203 (Concerning actions taken by a bank in accordance with the instructions of or an agreement with the transferor of an instrument).
