Sec. 3. The court administrator shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the majority of the judges of the following courts of the county sitting in committee:
(1) Circuit court.
(2) Superior court.
(3) Juvenile court.
(4) Probate court.
(5) Criminal court.
