Sec. 3. (a) At any time there is a vacancy, the Indiana State Nurses' Association shall recommend to the governor a list of qualified registered nurses for appointment to the board in the number of not less than twice the number of registered nurse vacancies to be filled.
(b) At any time there is a vacancy, the Indiana Federation of Licensed Practical Nurses' shall recommend to the governor a list of qualified licensed practical nurses and nurse educators of Practical Nurse Programs for appointment to the board in the number of not less than twice the number of vacancies to be filled.
