Sec. 23. (a) Before August 1, 2020, the department shall prepare a report outlining a plan to develop and maintain, before July 1, 2021, a data base that is accessible by the public that displays an employer that has registered as an employer who employs minors to the interim study committee on employment and labor (established by IC 2-5-1.3-4). The report must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
(b) Before July 1, 2021, the department shall develop a data base that is accessible by the public that displays an employer that has registered as an employer who employs minors.
(c) This section expires July 1, 2022.
