Sec. 14.5. (a) Not later than December 31, 2020, the department of workforce development shall issue a request for proposals in accordance with IC 5-22-9 for the purpose of entering a public-private partnership for the provision of educational and career assessments or tools described in section 14(k)(2) of this chapter.
(b) The department of workforce development shall complete the request for proposals process and implement the Indiana career explorer program described in section 14(k) of this chapter not later than July 1, 2021.
(c) The department of workforce development may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this section and section 14(k) of this chapter.
(d) This section expires July 1, 2022.
