Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "person" includes the following:
(1) Individuals.
(2) Firms.
(3) Partnerships.
(4) Business trusts.
(5) Limited liability companies.
(6) Corporations.
(7) Executors.
(8) Administrators.
(9) Receivers.
(10) Bodies politic or political subdivisions.
