ARTICLE 999. EFFECTIVE DATE

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030)

Sec. 999-99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on January 1, 2000, except that Sections 30-15 and 30-40 take effect July 1, 1999.
