ARTICLE 99. AMENDATORY PROVISIONS; EFFECTIVE DATE

Sec. 90. The Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act is amended by repealing Sections 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, and 1-5 (the Developmental Disabilities Services Law).
