ARTICLE 97. INSEVERABILITY

 

(35 ILCS 1010/97-997)

Sec. 97-997. Inseverability. The provisions of this Act are mutually dependent and inseverable. If any provision is held invalid, then the entire Act, including all new and amendatory provisions, is invalid.
