57-825 [57-826]. TWENTY-SEVENTH PAYROLL FUND. There is hereby created in the state treasury the twenty-seventh payroll fund for the purpose of meeting the general fund payroll costs for state employees in years in which the state incurs a twenty-seventh payroll. The account shall consist of any moneys made available through legislative transfers, appropriations, or as otherwise provided by law. Interest earnings from the investment of moneys in this fund by the state treasurer shall be returned to the fund.
