42-2976. PAYMENT OF BONDS AFTER DEFAULT. All bonds hereafter issued by any drainage distrct [district] in the state of Idaho, whether original issue, funding or refunding, shall be governed by the provisions of this act in regard to the payment thereof after default as hereafter provided.
