39-5105. DISCONTINUANCE OF ASSISTANCE. Assistance may be terminated under the following conditions:
(1) The family or individual requests termination;
(2) Death of the individual with a developmental disability;
(3) Eligibility criteria are no longer met; or
(4) Inadequate funds are available for continuance.
