33-1118. COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTE IS NOTICE OF EXERCISE OF OPTION. A compliance with the provisions of section 33-1117 shall be deemed sufficient notice to the owner or owners of such bonds that the school district has exercised its option to pay and redeem the bonds described, and interest thereon shall cease at the redeemable or callable date named in the notice.
