33-1004F. OBLIGATIONS TO RETIREMENT AND SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS. Based upon the actual salary-based apportionment, as determined in section 33-1004E, Idaho Code, the master educator premiums distributed pursuant to section 33-1004I, Idaho Code, and the leadership premiums distributed pursuant to section 33-1004J, Idaho Code, there shall be allocated that amount required to meet the employer’s obligations to the public employee retirement system and to social security.
