§804-16 Bail bond, etc., deposited where. The magistrate who makes any commitment or lets any person to bail, shall without any unnecessary delay, at the farthest within ten days, transmit to the clerk or presiding judge of the court which has legal cognizance of the offense charged, all the complaints, depositions, bail bonds, bonds for the appearance of witnesses, and other documents in the magistrate's possession relative to the accusation.
