§439-11 Application for examination. Each person who desires to practice or instruct as a beauty operator or instructor shall file with the board a written application on a form prescribed and supplied by the board and shall submit satisfactory proof of the required age and qualifications specified in section 439-12 and pay the required application and examination fees.
