§386-172 Administration and procedure. Section 386-171 shall be administered by the director of labor and industrial relations. Procedure in respect of claims hereunder, including procedure upon appeals, shall correspond to the procedure provided under this chapter. Notice of injury shall be given to the head of the department for which the injured person is performing service, and the department head shall report the injury to the director.
