- Definitions
As used in this article, the term:
- "International bank agency" means the international banking corporation with respect to all business or activities conducted in this state or through an office located in this state.
- "International banking corporation" means a banking corporation organized and licensed under the laws of some foreign country or a political subdivision thereof, other than the United States of America or any of the states within the United States of America. For purposes of this article, a foreign country shall include any territories or possessions of the United States.
