- Reports of Examinations
- Any official who shall make an examination pursuant to this chapter shall reduce the result thereof to writing in such form as shall be prescribed by the department. Such report shall contain a full, true, and correct statement of the condition of the financial institution in the case of a comprehensive examination or of the matter subject to inquiry in the case of other examinations.
- Each report shall be the property of the regulatory agency which generates such report; provided, however, that a copy of such report may be furnished to the examined financial institution for its internal, confidential use. A financial institution or any officer, director, or employee thereof shall not disclose a report or any portion of its contents. If a subpoena or discovery request is received for a report or any portion of its contents, the financial institution must deliver a copy of such subpoena or discovery request to the department immediately.
