- Functions Transferred to the Board From Other Boards and Commissions
- The policy-making functions of the State Board for Children and Youth, contained in Ga. L. 1963, p. 81, are vested in the Board of Human Services.
- The policy-making functions of the Commission on Aging, created in Ga. L. 1962, p. 604, are vested in the Board of Human Services.
