- Violations of Article; Penalty
- It shall be unlawful for any person:
- Before beginning the performance of any contract, to fail to register as required by this article;
- Before beginning the performance of any contract, to fail to execute the bond required by this article; and
- To violate any other provision of this article.
- Any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
