- Review of Periodic Work Programs and Requests for Allotment of Funds Generally
- The Governor, through the Office of Planning and Budget, shall review the periodic work programs submitted by the budget units for conformity to the budget approved by the General Assembly.
- The Governor, through the Office of Planning and Budget, shall review the requests for allotment of funds for conformity to the approved periodic work program.
