- Display or Sale of Motor Vehicle Tag or Sign Purporting That Owner Serves on Governor's Staff
- Without the written permission of the Governor, it shall be unlawful to display in any manner upon any motor vehicle a sign, tag, or emblem of any fashion purporting to convey the impression that the owner thereof is a member of the Governor's staff.
- It shall be unlawful to sell or offer to sell any such sign, tag, or emblem.
- Any person, firm, or corporation who violates this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
