This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Condominium Act."

JUDICIAL DECISIONS

Condominium association had no duty to remove snow and ice.

- Trial court properly granted a condominium association summary judgment in a premises liability action because interpreting the condominium association documents established that the association did not have a duty to remove snow and ice from the common walkway where the resident fell.
