I attach an abstract of the title (Schedule A) as shown on the public records and so far as obtainable from other trustworthy sources. The names and addresses of all persons, so far as I have been able to ascertain, who have any interest in the land, are set out in Schedule B hereto, showing their several apparent or possible interests and indicating upon whom and in what manner service should be made.
