- Commission Meetings
- The commission shall meet upon the call of the chairperson or upon the call of any two members. The business of the commission shall be conducted by a majority vote of the members present. A majority of the commission members shall constitute a quorum.
- The chairperson, if necessary, may within ten days of receiving an application and license fee call a meeting of the commission for the purpose of approving or rejecting an application for a license or match permit which has been submitted to the commission. The meeting shall be held within 20 days of the chairperson's call at a place designated by the chairperson.
